A bus stop is 2 minutes away to go directly to the center or to the train station. In just 12 minutes by car, you are at the magnificent Rosaires beach or even closer, 7 minutes at Valais beach facing the bay.

You have a beautiful, very well-equipped kitchen which opens onto a large, bright dining room where it is pleasant to meet or work in a group. There are 6 beautiful bedrooms with hotel quality beds for some well-deserved rest. 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom. 2 bathrooms are independent and on each floor there are WCs. You receive wifi as well as fiber thanks to an Ethernet socket in each room.

You can arrive at the time you want (from 5 p.m.) using a connected lock for which we will send you the entry code.

You can park for free in front of the house. The accommodation is located a few minutes by car from access to the 4 lanes RN 12, the Rennes-Brest axis. It is 12 minutes by car from Rosaires beach. It is 7 minutes by car from Valais beach (Saint Brieuc bay) and the Légué port.

A bus stop is a 2-minute walk away.
